Prospector Consolidated is pleased to announce that Mr. Mohammed Hassan Alief has consented to be nominated to the Board and, if elected, at the annual general meeting which will be held on December 22, 2008, to act as a Director of the Company.
Mr Alief is a US citizen and resident of Denver; he graduated from Colorado School of Mines and received a M.Sc. degree from University of Idaho. He was employed by Chevron Resources where he delineated the Panna Maria Uranium Mine in Texas and was the chief geologist of the Mt Taylor uranium deposit in New Mexico. Recently he was Chief geologist with Ur-Energy and acted as a consultant to Wildhorse Energy in South America. Currently, he is president of a private exploration company, Arnevut Exploration, which is active in gold exploration in Nevada.
Mr Alief brings many years of global experience in mining exploration and Prospector Consolidated welcomes and looks forward to working with Hassan on our tungsten project and other future projects.
