Prospector Consolidated Resources Inc. (“Prospector”) is a Vancouver-based exploration company which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PRR. Prospector’s management team is experienced within the mining sector and the financial community.

Prospector Consolidated Resources Inc. raised flow through and conventional financing to drill Kalzas tungsten in the Yukon. Although the drilling had been very successful, the tungsten market and the stock market collapsed and it has not been possible to raise money for future work commitments. On top of that, there are problems with the land title which will not be resolved  for a number of years. The property was returned to the optionor, Copper Ridge Exploration , on Jan 11, 2010. Prospector continuous to evaluate the land title issue.

PRR is now a shell. The share price is very low and it is not possible to finance the company at these prices without issuing too many shares. The objective is to acquire a valuable property – probably in gold in North America. With such an asset we expect to be able to finance at a higher price than the current price.
